Changan UK’s dealer and service network to expand in support of EV launch in September

Birmingham - Changan UK, a subsidiary of the global car manufacturer and pioneer in sustainable mobility, has announced the expansion of its dealer and support network ahead of the UK launch of the all-electric Changan Deepal S07 SUV, ensuring a premium customer experience from day one.

To coincide with the September launch of the Changan Deepal S07 SUV, the UK subsidiary will have 20 sites open, with Lookers Star City in Birmingham becoming its UK flagship. A further 30 dealer sites will be operational nationwide by the end of 2025, ensuring customers have access to comprehensive sales, service, and aftersales support wherever they are in the country. Changan UK has signed key automotive partners, including established retailers Ancaster, Parks, DM Keith and Stoneacre.

The launch of Changan’s first vehicle in the UK, supported by an expanded dealer and service network, marks a new chapter for the brand and its most significant commitment to the market since opening its major R&D facility 12 years ago. The Birmingham-based centre is home to more than 100 research and development engineers, focusing on technology advancements and powertrain optimisation. It also serves as a base for Changan’s European testing and validation projects.

The Changan Deepal S07 will be available in the UK from September 2025, with prices starting from: £39,990. The car has been designed at the company’s Italian design centre in Turin and reflects a European aesthetic preference and driving dynamic.
